New guy takes over and he is the most smartass arrogant person I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Sorry guys, EPIC FAIL! Going elsewhere now...what a shame. Tells me that "head office" is not doing accounts and that the account was four months overdue. Funny when I checked with the insurance company, it was paid in December last year.....Jam it guys.....I hope the proprietor Melinda sees this.
